Most of our users are on a phone, between customers, with flower stems in one hand. You'll design the customer ordering page, the owner's chat-first experience and the brand moments in between, and test them with real shops every week.
What you'll do
- Own flows from sketch to shipped, working closely with engineering
- Run quick tests with florists and customers, and turn findings into changes
- Grow our design system across the website, ordering and the owner app
What you bring
- 4+ years of product design with a portfolio of shipped mobile work
- Strong interaction and visual craft, and plain-language writing
- Comfort designing for people who don't like technology
Nice to have
- Conversational or messaging UI
- Motion and prototyping skills
- Marketplace or e-commerce checkout
What success looks like
In 90 days: a customer ordering flow that tests well with real buyers.
